Badgerlink- "BadgerLink is a project of the Wisconsin Department of PublicInstruction (DPI), Division for Libraries, Technology, and CommunityLearning. Its goal is to provide access to quality online informationresources for Wisconsin residents in cooperation with the state'spublic, school, academic, and special libraries and Internet ServiceProviders.The Department of Public Instruction currently contracts withfive vendors (EBSCO, ProQuest, Thomson Gale, NewspaperARCHIVE, andTeachingBooks) to provide access to articles from thousands of newspaperand periodical titles, image files, and other specialized referencematerials and websites."
